What we collect

To provide voiceover services we collect your name, email address, phone (optional), company (optional), and the script and project details you submit. We collect billing information through Stripe; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

Strictly to fulfill your project: producing your voiceover, sending you the quote and final files, answering your questions, and emailing you about the order. We do not sell your data, ever.

How we protect it

Industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and access-controlled storage at rest. Our payment processing is handled by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1. Scripts are confidential and not used for any purpose other than your recording.

Cookies & analytics

familyVO.com uses minimal cookies for essential site function (your quote-attempt counter for daily limits, your preference settings). We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, export it, or delete it. Contact VO@familyVO.com.

Children’s privacy

familyVO does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Child actors on our team are managed by their parents and a professional coach.
